We spent the afternoon on Whidbey Island, and as I always do, I took a picture of Rachel sitting on the dog statue in downtown Langley. I can't get over how fast my baby has become a little girl. Rachel is so much fun at 6 years old, but oh how I'd love to go back in time and hold little Baby Rachel again! It is bittersweet.

You know it's strange, but the six year old Rachel on that dog is not nearly as familiar to me as the baby Rachel. Why is that? She is just lovely in both pictures, but darn, getting so big! (And it was fun to see her in another yellow outfit.)
Lisa - it was just luck that she was in yellow yesterday! I found the old pic and couldn't believe how similar the outfits were. :)
Colleen - she probably is less familiar because you see a lot less of her these days than you did when our girls were little babies! So sad, that!
And yes, Rhi, it is sad. I want to keep her little so bad it almost hurts sometimes...
